  Normally not too bad overall but tonight has been horrendous.
  And to think the bartender refused to wait us so one of the waiters had to. And we're in the bar area!
  No silverware rolled so two sets took about 15m to get to the table.
  The same bartender made three drink orders and delivered them before even thinking about my Stella and a frozen Rita.
  Not sure what's tonight but you guys are off. My waitress, Taylor is more than a little frazzled.

  Great food and wonderful service. Was here the other night and I was served and kept in mind by my server Dustin from Llano. He kept coming by checking on our orders and made sure to get our drinks as fast as possible. And if anything was slightly off he was sure to fix it. Would recommend, if you ever come here please make sure to get Dustin. He'll definitely take care of you.

  I'll start with the good first. Host was very nice and manager was nice. Wait was non-existent to be seated. Host actually took our drink and dinner order. Manager delivered our appetizer which took about 15min to come out. Then the wait began. Probably another 20 min later two out of three items were placed on the table. And the third dinner was about 5 min later. Our actual waitress barely was present. Husband got a 4 cheese pasta dish which had maybe 3 pieces of chicken on it and no cheese. Tasted like nothing. Grilled cheese for the kids was fine.. Used the processed orange cheese and lots of butter. My meal was the Bourbon chicken. I ate one piece of burnt shrimp and couldn't even cut a bite of the chicken because it was so overcooked. Manager was understanding and nice and comped those two meals. I went home and ate a leftover subway sandwich. We will not eat there again. Gave this place a try but it was very disappointing.
