Worst Gatti's Ever.
I brought a group of kids here, bought 5 buffets and asked if I could get 1 small pizza made for 2 of the girls that are vegan. They said I could purchase their pizza in addition to their buffets. Really? So, I can request anything under the sun, but because these girls don't want cheese I have to pay extra?! I explained that the last time I was here they accommodated the girls. Manager Seth's response, "Yeah, we got in trouble for that." Seriously, Seth? You other in trouble for making your customers happy? Really?November 01, 2016
